How many projects are in a newsletter?
The number of projects per newsletter varies, but we
guarantee an assortment of fun activities with at least one project appropriate per age
group. Included in each newsletter are yummy recipes and meal ideas, and helpful
tips and hints to make your life as a parent much easier!
What kinds of craft projects do the newsletters have?
You will receive a newsletter full of fun crafts for the
whole family along with some helpful hints and tips. The craft projects run the
gamut from arts to cooking to functional household items. Our craft projects for
kids are designed to be educational and promote learning while still being tons
of fun and easy to follow. Parents and caregivers will enjoy sharing our
creative projects with children. All kid’s crafts are geared to be
age-appropriate in ability, time, and interest.
Are your projects appropriate for all children?
Our projects are divided into age groups (Ages 2-4, 6-10,
11-15, and 16+). Each project is geared specifically for the intended age group
and is designed to be age-appropriate in ability, time, and interest. Projects
for ages 2-4 and 6-10 may require adult guidance and involvement. We strongly
encourage parents of all age groups to get involved in the crafts to promote
quality time. Children will find the craft projects an enjoyable way to spend
time with parents.
What kinds of supplies will I need?
A complete list of supplies needed is included at the
beginning of each project. We recommend beginning a collection of useful
craft supplies that will be handy for lots of different kinds of projects.

How will I be billed?
We use PayPal payments to process your billing. Your credit
card and payment information is kept safe by PayPal (please click here to go to
the PayPal privacy policy). Creative Crafts
Monthly is not able to view your private information (credit card, billing
address, bank info, etc.) and will receive only your name and e-mail address.
When you subscribe, you are taken to PayPal’s website and your payment is
processed using your PayPal account. If you don’t have a PayPal account, the
link will prompt you to create an account (it’s quick, easy, and free!). We
will receive a notice from PayPal that your payment was received, and we’ll
start sending your subscription immediately. You’ll be billed each month using the payment method you specify with PayPal until you cancel
your subscription. It’s that easy!
When will I receive my subscription?
Your monthly newsletter will be sent to your delivery
e-mail address between the1st and the 5th of every
month.
How do I change my delivery e-mail address?
To change your delivery e-mail address, please
send an e-mail to subscriptions@CreativeCraftsMonthly.com
with your name, subscription #, and both your old and new e-mail
addresses.
How do I change my billing credit card or payment
method?
If you need to change or update your credit card or payment
method,

to log into your PayPal account to change your information.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Please click here to go to
the subscription cancellation page and fill out the quick form. You will not be
billed starting with the next month’s newsletter. Please note that there are
no prorated memberships and any months already billed cannot be refunded.
How will I receive the newsletter?
Your newsletter will arrive at the e-mail address provided
to us from your PayPal account. For information about changing your delivery e-mail
address, please click here. You will receive an
e-mail each month with project descriptions and a link to the projects on the
web. If you prefer, you can then download the full
project text in PDF format. Projects remain accessible online for 6 months. If
you missed downloading a project and would like back issues sent to you, please
send an e-mail to support@CreativeCraftsMonthly.com
with the project name and number that you would like and we will send them to
your e-mail address. Please note that we can only send you projects that were
current during your subscription period.
What is your privacy policy and how do you handle my
information?
Creative Crafts Monthly does not use information we gather about you
for any purpose other than to collect payments for
subscriptions or to distribute Creative Crafts Monthly related materials (like
your newsletter subscription).
Creative Crafts Monthly never sells or distributes your information to any third
parties, except as required to fulfill your payment information with our
third-party payment processor. Creative Crafts Monthly uses PayPal as a
third-party payment processor. Payments for Creative Crafts Monthly are paid via
your PayPal account. Your bank and/or credit account information are not shared
with Creative Crafts Monthly when you subscribe and are handled by and
according to PayPal’s privacy
policy. Information provided to PayPal that may
be shared with Creative Crafts Monthly includes your name and email address.
